It has been SO hot - over 100 everyday for weeks now! Here is one of the things we did to keep ourselves busy and cool. It's been a lot of fun for Fi to climb around in and write messages on. I'm glad she's remained cheerful, but we will be welcoming some cooler temps whenever they chose to arrive!

Once a time, I was brooming this bed, and it was all clean. Well, it was a little dirty. Then there was a fire truck in here! And it wasn't scary. Well, it was very a little bit scary.

At breakfast, Mom is telling about her dream. Fiona then shares:
"In my dream, in the streets there were a lot of trucks, and I realize that I need to go where there aren't any cars, and I'm looking through the branches at Mommy and then I became a tree."
She actually said "realize"!
Fiona wants to play shopping. It is time for bed.
C: I think the store is closed.
F: I think it's open though.
C: Okay, but let's buy ONE thing. What do you want to buy?
F: Food.
Dad, can you know how me?
